Unexpectedly, but very creditably, the Belgian show jumping riders achieved third place at the world championships in Kentucky.

The team members, Demeersman, Le Jeune, Melchior and Jos Lansink (Caridor) were in eighth place for the last round of the nations competition.

Due to very good rounds in the second round, they rose to third place. Good for the bronze medal.
